MM Partners LLC is renovating this beautiful building, adding security, gym and maintaining the historic details. The architecture of the converted school house is so cool and offers awesome unique layouts at great price points. Very excited to see the final product!
Beautiful units! Lackadaisical management and maintenance. Elevators have been down for almost a month now which makes the building non wheelchair accessible, they almost never allow delivery services to enter the building to drop off residential packages and the picture below was taken 12/20/16 on my way to work in the morning but, the mess has been there since Friday evening.
