Great Patient Service.
I am appalled by the complete lack of humanity, professionalism, and basic care at Clinica Romero. While dealing with severe, agonizing foot inflammation and a recent congestive heart failure diagnosis, I was subjected to unbelievable mistreatment by the front administrative staff and the manager on duty. Instead of showing an ounce of compassion or trying to help a patient in obvious physical distress, the front desk staff and manager acted as if my health needs were an absolute bother to them.
