Very friendly and adaptable to our schedule and needs. He was always on time for when he said he would be at our home. Cleaned up and paid attention to detail. We would call Clive again!
Clive was very responsive and helpful. He even tried to help us troubleshoot the problem over the phone when my general repairman couldn't fix the problem with our water heater. Clive then came out the next evening and had the problem fixed within an hour. He was very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable.
Did the job quick and just as requested
Clive called me within 5 minutes of submitting my request. He did a great job. My husband even asked where I found him because he was surprised I found someone so honest randomly. We had a drain clog and he fixed the problem and showed my husband how to maintain it so it didn't happen again. Most contractors would not do that because they would want to come back out. We will definitely keep his info and use him again for our plumbing needs.
Clive replace our sump pump as well as fix two leaks in two different sinks. He did a great job! And the all three jobs were completed within an hour or so!

Clive Stephens and his helper, Carl, did an outstanding job here today. They were friendly, accomodating, and trustworthy. Clive took the time to speak with my husband over the phone the evening before last. I'm sure he was tired after a long day at work yet he took time out of his evening to speak with him. I'd rate him and Carl a 5 out of 5. If I could rate them a 6 if I could. They have funny personalities and really put my mind at ease when our soft water tank bit the dust.
Courtesous, punctual, competitive price and he did a nice job.
