Although Clive did an acceptable job the price was too high and I still had problems with my toilet after he left. It was frustrating to pay all that money to have him snake my toillet and then we still had problems. Would have been cheaper to go but a snake and do it ourselves.

Easter Sunday my sink got clogged. I went on line at 11:00pm at night and requested service from Clive Stephens Plumbing and at 7:00am the next morning he called to set up an appointment. Clive was at our house at noon, and had our sink working again in a half hour. Prompt, professional, and friendly. Excellent service!!
He went above and beyond the call of duty!!! He met with us the same day and installed our system 48 hrs later. Great guy and he will certainly be getting all of our plumbing calls in the future.
Clive Stephens returned my initial phone call within minutes and scheduled a time later that same day to look at the problem--and even fixed it at that time. No rescheduling, no delays. They were very respectful and polite. I would certainly recommend the company.
We had a hot water tank emergency. Within 24 hours clive had resolved our issue and installed a new hot water tank.
Mr. Stephens was a life saver. He returned my request for help in less than an hour and was at my home that day to replace my waterheater and to dispose of the old one. Both he and his co worker were polite and efficient. His rate was higher than other companies, but I appreciated his rapid response.
Clive was excellent. He was very personable, professional, and gave us exactly what we needed. Thanks Clive!!!!!
