Listen. I didn’t walk into that salon—I stumbled in, emotionally wobbly and freshly full of delusions. I rarely leave reviews, but I’ve been going to Julie for the past five years, and I just have to share how incredible she is. Julie is very versatile and friendly! She asks questions during the process so you feel very in control of the outcome, I love my hair cuts and gotten fashion colors a few times always leave feeling fabulous!

I had an appointment with Julie. We confirmed. I even got the text a day before to let me know I had the appointment. When I got there the next day, the door was locked. I called and text her and she didn’t reply back. My appointment was at 3:30, she didn’t respond until 3:59. Saying she didn’t know the door was locked and asking if I was still waiting for her! Not ok, very unprofessional!
