Clip N Dip is the BEST! I have taken my dogs to Clip N Dip for over 20 years and have consistently received the best service. When I drop them off, they are so happy and can't wait to get out of the car. It makes me feel good knowing that they are excited to be there and they are being well treated. They always come back well groomed. I would highly recommend Clip N Dip to anyone.
Tongue Was Cut In Grooming We took our dog here for grooming and her tongue was cut. No one at the shop told us they had cut her tongue and she bled all over our car on the way home. The staff apologized profusely when we took the dog back to show them but they had to know she was bleeding and said nothing when we picked her up.
Micheals' Mom Oh my! what an awesome job they did on my Maltese. He looks positively adorable. He's very young and not used to being groomed so I was very happy that they took such good care of him. He does look a little like Albert Einstein - maybe he's related.
Injured Dog To all our clients who have backed our business for years. the comments that are made above are totally incorrect! We gave the client his money back for grooming the yorkie. We asked for a vet bill and he did not have one, and finally admitted he did not have one as he did not take his dog to the vet-he stated his girlfriend was a Dr. and stitched the dog at home. since he lied about all of this, I felt I needed to respond. Clip n Dip treats your treasured pet like their own! Iris at Clip n Dip and her staff have been grooming my dogs for 12 years, and I wouldn't switch for the world. Every dog is happy to be there - you can tell - even if they are getting bathed and groomed! And their "people" are always upbeat, too. The grooming is beautiful, and I love the way my little sweetie smells when I pick him up!
great I have been to other groomers and a friend of mine referred me to Clip n Dip. They are very nice people. They really care for the dogs, and do a great job. I only go to Clip n Dip now!
A+ We are always happy with the grooming at Clip N Dip. Our dog has never been nicked or gotten a bad haircut. The one bad reviewer should have gone back and found out what happened to her dog's ear, instead of just recommending that no one go there. If it happened because of a new groomer, Iris should know about it.
Great every time It's one of those type places "where everyone knows your name". All of my dogs have always loved going there. Never a whine or whimper instead a run in the door to get their greeting from Iris! Highly recommend!
DANGEROUS!! Worst experience with groomers EVER!!! My dog came back looking like a rat...they shaved him completely...instead of just trimming his hair AND they actually injured him! He had to get stitches!! Hopefully the wound won't get infected. They are cold and heartless and completely careless. Their response was a shrug "it happens". Who behaves so callously towards helpless animals? Do NOT TRUST them with your beloved pets!!!
