I booked in for a half head of foils. The teacher and student asked me what result I was looking for I said thick bleached highlights and slices, that I wanted fake looking very blonde pieces. I was given very fine blonde highlights then the teacher told the student to put a toner on. The result was reddish brown all over. No highlights at all visible. The student who coloured my hair was a beautiful soul who respected what I wanted however her supervisor was loud , talked in jargon I didn’t understand and I was told there was not enough time to cut my hair so my service was incomplete. A hair service should be calming and leave a smile on my face . I feel rushed , stressed and have a headache . I won’t be back!!
Very happy with the service. I have been going to the student salon for many years. I am usually very happy with my haircut and service. The students are friendly and polite, listen to what I am after and the teachers always check the haircut and make slight ajustments.
