This is hands down, and I mean this in the best way possible, the most disorganized and pathetic joke of a company I have ever seen. Piss poor management, extreme disorganization, supplies are always late, terrible relationships with third party companies that work on our properties/tenants. As an ex employee of their company, DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTIES OWNED BY THEM. The staff has no professionalism, no structure, it is literally the worst. Take it from me: someone who worked for them. Thats all I have to say.
This company doesn’t follow housing lottery protocols, terrible customer service and very little answers to residents questions about maintained and poorly maintained properties.
Very unprofessional leasing company never answers phone or return emails charged me for rent for months that I didn't even live in my apartment. Received overpay of rental payments and security deposits from hra and didn't use the money at all towards upcoming months.

No safety for tenants at all we dnt even have security and there's always something happening at this building something have to get done ASAP
