Dealership and Wyatt was great to work with. I would go back to buy Honda
Took my 2018 Honda HR-V in for a/c service. After charging me $164.95 for a "diagnostics", I was quoted a repair price of over $1200. I took my car to an independent Honda mechanic who told me this diagnosis was bogus and could be addressed at 1/10th the cost! I contacted the service advisor Dominic R. and told him my findings. Despite his bogus repair recommendation, he refused to refund what was charged for the diagnosis. Very positive sales experience with Felik. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We were purchasing during a nationwide IT outage at car dealerships. He was honest with us about the situation and was still able to get us the car in a couple of days. We thought he did a great job!

Perfect from beginning to end. Price I was quoted at the beginning was the price I paid at closing. Joe Vizzi was great. Never pressured me, but always checked in to make sure the process was moving forward. Will certainly be a return customer!
