Joe was excellent as well as Ajay, they made the car leasing experience as smooth as possible
Wyatt was a pleasure to work with. I hate the car purchasing process and the time it takes but Wyatt made it not seem so bad. He gave me all the options without being pushy like I usually experience. Excellent customer service and very thorough repair shop. My air conditioner needed a part that was not in stock so I was provided with a loaner car, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. My air conditioner issue was resolved quickly.
I had an issue with the air conditioning system. I was able to get an appointment within a few days and the issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Paul explained what was needed and kept me informed throughout the process.
We have always purchased our vehicles at Clinton Honda. Everyone makes the car buying experience as smooth as possible. This time was no different, but was probably our favorite. Wyatt was such a joy to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. He kept us amused with his jokes, and never pressured us. Everything went smoothly and was clearly explained to me. The service department seemed very professional with excellent front counter advisor, photos describing the repairs, fair price on the tires which actually surprised me, and a car wash!
