Joe made car buying process surprisingly pleasant and speedy. He only sold whatever Costco pre-arrangement with Clinton Honda which was a very contrast to my prior car buying experience. When I bought a Honda Accord at Open Honda 2 year ago, they insisted on selling overpriced accessories above and beyond Costco pre-arrangement.
