Nick Hriczko was the first person I met at Clinton Honda. He was so nice that I decided to look at some cars we had been considering buying. This was not our usual dealership where we’ve bought a number of Hondas over many years, but we were so taken by Nick’s easy, compassionate and kind personality that after we went to our usual dealership we came back to Clinton. Nick went above and beyond in being available and helpful.
After my wife’s visit to Clinton she raved about the salesman Nicholas Hriczko. When we went together I found the same to be true for Nick. Perfect in EVERY way. Really. He has a lot of experience and knows not to become another issue when deciding on what vehicle to buy. Had a message come up that said Emissions system problem See your dealer. you tested it and said there was not a problem with the Emissions, you removed the message and is working fine.
My husband and I give Charlie Bippart 5 stars for excellent attentiveness to our needs. Bud was also very helpful when I stopped in today in assisting with Android Auto. In regards to financing, we didn't appreciate being made to feel like we needed to pay so much more for our monthly payment (being upsold). This in no way is a reflection of our sales rep. Mr. Sharma in finance gave us this impression.
