I had a very poor experience at Clinton Honda. I had told my salesman, that I wanted to have all the number ironed out before I showed up to the dealership to purchase the car. This, in itself, posed a problem and unnecessary back and forth. I wanted to be as respectful of their time and I wish the same was reciprocated back to me. Wonderful people here! From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable and not pressured at all. My salesman, Nick, was absolutely wonderful from the day I went to look to the day I bought my car! Thanks for all your help Nick! AJ the credit manager was very helpful and explained everything in great detail!

I puchased 2019 Honda CRV June 8, 2021 with 41,495 miles. My fuel pump failed September 15, 2024 after I had only driven 12,440 miles. I took it to Honda North and they told me to contact Corporate office for assistance to pay for replacement of the fuel pump that they wanted to charge me $1,720 for part alone. I found out it had been replaced in 2021. I did not trust Honda to replace the fuel pump. I called Honda Dover and they told me they replaced on April 26, 2021. I would not recommend Honda North after this experience.

My salesman, Joe Vizzi did an incredible job on helping me buy the car I want. He worked long and hard. Kind, professional and knows the business well. I take my hat off to the head of Clinton Honda and the finance person. They work well together and treat you so nice. I would not go anywhere else.
