My experience was very good at the time of purchase and every time i am bringing the car for maintenance.
This was my 3rd Honda CRV exl with Joe Vizzi of Clinton Honda. Joe is straightforward and listens to my requests regarding car choices. All in all is was an easy transaction process. See you in 3 years.
My Honda pilot 2021 has a clicking noise when I turn my car to the right. I have 100,000 ml warranty , I was told it was a backing plate that needed to be adjusted. Still have a noise after paying $174.00. Being a woman I feel taken advantage of and lied to. I’ll be bringing my car to a qualified and honest mechanic. I had a recall repair prior with the radio and computer screen and was told it wasn’t the car that it was my phones problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HONDA NORTH FOR REPAIR, other than an oil change.

terrific help from Troy in Service! First car I owned and I needed some extra clarification on the dashboard. Troy was kind enough to come to my car, explain (more than once!) Some of the capabilities. he was patient and pleasant and he is a reason I drive over an hour and a half round-trip to get my car serviced at Clinton Honda!
From beginning to end Joe Vizzi and staff gave me great service. Would highly recommend them because they made the whole process easier! I felt like they were honest and looking out for me!
They were professional and provided recommendations for future repairs needed to be done. Shared costs of repairs before doing work.
