No hard sell. We were allowed to walk around the lot and look at cars. When we were ready for assistance we went inside and an agent asked if we were being helped. He brought the first car I was interested in up to the door so we could test drive it. It wasn't comfortable so he brought another model. We took it for a drive and knew that was the model we wanted. He searched online, found one being delivered in a few days and reserved it for us. No hassles. No take something off the lot. It was all low pressure.

Please o tu he to do your best at staying Number 1. Through your HONESTY and Truthfulness to your customers which is all they want. Through your Transparency in Sales, Service and Finance Depts to serve your customers and repeat customers. Some customers have Brand Loyalty and even Family loyalty to a dealership because of how they have been treated. December 20 sales person Ludgi St-Vil was excellent in responding to questions that I was asking December 26 service was not so good I went there to get new sticker and new registration I was told we don’t have it yet so I call my insurance and they said it was sent at 9:30 AM The same day I received a call at 5 PM saying that the registration in the sticker was there. December 27, I went to Honda North to have my windshield sticker and my registration. The person that took the order for me was excellent.

In our search for our first new car purchase, we had previously visited two other Honda dealerships in the area and Clinton Honda was the best by far. At the previous dealerships, they did not seem knowledgeable about the cars and urged us to purchase before December 31st. Upon arrival, Joe gave us a warm welcome and we knew would could trust him. My first experience with Clinton Honda was during the COVID shutdown in 2019 where I negotiated and purchased my 2020 Pilot from the comfort of my home.
