When I mentioned that the last time I had my car serviced there I found grease smeared on the interior, the service person stated that that couldn’t have happened. When I showed him pictures, he became belligerent, screaming at me as I walked to the waiting room, “Are you really going to give me crap first thing in the morning?” When he returned my key to me, he proceeded to loudly lecture me on MY bad behavior in front if a waiting room full of other customers. The dealership itself is open and calm, you feel like you're able to go at your own pace and stay comfortable for the time you are there. Sales and finance managers are efficient, knowledgeable, and don't go overboard trying to sell you things you don't need. No frills, no fuss. Just good service.
