The whole process was so easy and straightforward. We really love the Honda Pilot we purchased! Honda thought of all the little things needed inside the car too. My most recent appointment on 10/18 with Chad Nobrega and the work that the mechanics did on my vehicle was excellent as usual. Chad clearly explained what needed to be done and I felt comfortable getting the job done there. I highly recommend him and the Service Dept to others.
