I was told the wrong information regarding charges and amount I had to pay for basic diagnostic. I was told my car would need more diagnostic testing done and hub taken apart for sensor harness since they couldn’t figure out what the problem was BUT if that testing led to other issues, I would be liable to pay for those issues. I was told my trunk was fixed but when I got home, it was not fixed. This isn’t a new issue and has recurred 4-5 times and I tried to explain that the main issues were all connected but they couldn’t ... read more

I was flexible and easy on what I wanted. I choose the vehicle quickly. I sent in finance paperwork I came with my trade. I was told would be a few minutes to get back with finance. Over an hour later o finally left. I would look elsewhere if time is important to you.
