After several e-mails, texts and phone calls we settled on an out -the-door price - $42,500. I have been going to this dealership for YEARS without an appointment and I always waited while they serviced my car using their "QUICK LANE" Service. They are no longer offering these services though they still constantly send mailers in the mail saying "NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY" and "SERVICE WHILE YOU WAIT". This is totally FALSE advertising in my opinion. I went in the other morning at 8 am when they open and they REFUSED to service my car without an appointment.
