Dr. Patel was wonderful! I had a very high level of anxiety, but he kept me very comfortable and calm ... I actually fell asleep during my first ever root canal! I love Dr. Patel! He explained everything during each step and constantly checked if I was doing ok...He has gained a life long patient! They also took my in promptly and on time!

From the cry first visit I was already impressed with the way the Doctor explained to me how she will treat my dental problem. Everything done to me was explained clearly and in full detail. I don't like dentist visit, I must say my visit was great. Dr. Singh reviewed my treatment plan examined The tooth in question and gave me options, which I thought was great . I opted for a crown instead Of root canal of which I was prepared to do. Anyway, great work. My only issue is that receptionist andHygeniest need to make sure they have the right patient in the chair, they thought I was somebody else and I had to explain that........
I always have a good experience with Dr Singh and her staff. Yesterday was very exceptional as it always is. I can't remember the dental assistant's name but she had exceptional customer service, making conversation with me, putting me at ease during my visit. I love watching the relationship that my doctor has with her staff. I see such an excellent team system of not only accountability but as well as a fun environment. I am terrified of the dentist. It's a childhood fear, I dreaded going but I got my nerves up and went. The dentist and the staff made me feel so at ease. They were awesome, they kept asking me if I was ok, they really ease my fears. I was recommend by my son. I was so excited that I called my other son and told him that I found a good place for him and his wife to go. Before long, I will have all 4 of my sisters going there because they say that if I can go there it has to be great considering my fears.
