The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns.My only complaint is that I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time, but overall the experience was as pleasant as it could be considering that I dislike going to the dentist. Doctor and his assistant were great. When doctor saw that my tooth wouldn't hold a crown he immediately let me know that he would have to pull it. I wasn't prepared for it and I asked his questions concerning. Was very knowledgeable.
