This dealership is sending out scam letters, telling you thy are offering a direct key for key trade on your currently leased vehicle. No Milage or wear and tear charges bla bla bla. I called and was immediately greeted by a moron who knew nothing of the letter but claimed they'd have to see the vehicle to see about Milage charges, wear and tear basically everything their letter said the opposite of. This type of customer baiting from false advertising is what gives car salesman a bad reputation.
Very nice dealer, Rob and Allie were great to work with!!! I traded in my Rdx that I owned and Jetta lease, wanted to consolidate both into one payment, Rob was very competitive and Allie was great to work with. I purchased a demo TL and love it! Thank you for making this such a smooth transaction!!
If the sales person there didn't speak down to me like I was some kind of moron he could have sold a car today.
