As a former long term tenant of 10+ years I had no problem dealing with the team at Clint lukens. They were always responsive to emails and addressed issues promptly.
A warning to current and future tenants: After I moved out, the company inappropriately withheld a significant portion of my security deposit and refused to return it despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter. I ultimately took the company to Small Claims Court. The court ruled in my favor, awarding me the return of my full deposit plus a legal penalty (2x the total deposit) specifically for "bad faith withholding" of the funds. Disappointing experience with Clint Lukens. When I would request maintenance, they would come but work was usually shoddy and would require the same fix a year or months later. The building I lived in was kept in functioning but mediocre shape. I struggled to get consistent hot water to my unit, which Clint Lukens would come to fix but never fully resolve. I am beyond disappointed with this rental company. I moved out of the apartment in April and never received my security deposit. It is now September and I still haven't received it. I have called so many times to follow up and Ariana Montes has never given me a straight forward answer. Terrible service! Do not rent with Clint Lukens! They are thieves!
