Disappointing experience with Clint Lukens. When I would request maintenance, they would come but work was usually shoddy and would require the same fix a year or months later. The building I lived in was kept in functioning but mediocre shape. I struggled to get consistent hot water to my unit, which Clint Lukens would come to fix but never fully resolve. I am beyond disappointed with this rental company. I moved out of the apartment in April and never received my security deposit. It is now September and I still haven't received it. I have called so many times to follow up and Ariana Montes has never given me a straight forward answer. Terrible service! Do not rent with Clint Lukens! They are thieves!

I was a tenant at a Clint Lukens property for 5 years and had a good experience. Ariana was my main point of contact and she always tried to help in a timely manner when issues arose. I loved the home that I lived in and cherished my time there.
