Excellente clinique dentaire ! L’accueil est chaleureux dès l’entrée et toute l’équipe est professionnelle, attentionnée et à l’écoute. Les dentistes prennent le temps d’expliquer chaque étape des soins et de rassurer les patients. Le service est rapide, efficace et toujours avec un grand sourire. Je recommande fortement cette clinique à toute personne qui cherche des soins de qualité dans une ambiance agréable et de confiance.

Une incroyable expérience à cette clinique. La secrétaire Jocelyne et les hygiénistes dentaire sont tellement gentilles et douces. Et que dire de Dre Todic, une amour. C’est une femme exceptionnelle, avec une approche humaine et un professionalisme hors pair. Elle est là pour apporter des solutions et non des jugements. On ressens qu’elle ne recherche que le bien être de son patient et elle travaille avec une douceur incomparable. Called this clinic because somebody referred how good this clinic is. I was appalled how rude the receptionist was on the phone. She didn’t even let me finished talking at the onset of the call, interrupted and said “no, we don’t take new clients” and hung up on me. How could somebody work at the customer service with this kind of attitude? Aren’t you supposed to be trained how to be courteous and polite? I doubt how they got 5 stars or I probably called at a bad time when the woman was not in her good mood. But still that w... read more
