I called to set up an appointment, they told me they didn't have anything for 2 weeks, that they would put me on a cancelation list... they never booked an appointment for me for 2 weeks out. Today, 3 weeks later, I call back and get told that they only put their patients on the cancelation list, not new patients... Then, the office secretary gives me attitude when I ask why I was told I would be put on the cancel list but it never happened, they didn't have my name or phone number down. Je recommande fortement pour leurs services remarquables et professionnels. On ne ce sent pas comme de simples patients car l'écoute et le respect est omniprésent dans cet établissement. Beau travail !
