Dr Jamal is great, nothing bad to say about him. The clinic on the other hand is awful. I booked an in person appointment through their online portal for Dec 23 only to find out an hour before my appointment that Dr Jamal isn't at the clinic that day (video calls only). Ok fine, I did the video call with him but he needed to see me in person and instructed me to book another appointment online again. Although the doctor is good this clinic is what’s wrong with our health care system. Walking in you’re going to wait for hours behind giant families that are brand new to Canada openly taking advantage of our system while being incredibly rude and entitled!!! An entire family come for check ups they make the waitlist intolerable!!! I shouldn’t have to miss an entire day at work because you take on too many patients that don’t actually need to see a doctor. Then….they’re loud and obnoxious!! It's a pleasure being a client at Clinicare Medical Centre for a long time. All the staffs and the Dr Roubeiya are so friendly ,courteous and helpful at all times. They talk to me so politely and ready to listen and help. Specially the present staff namely Iffat, Manjedar and Nimsha are reachable and kind, they do anything to accommodate me. Wish them all the best.
Dr. Mohamed is excellent at diagnosing patients, things that other doctors may miss. Friendly and accommodating staff. Modern clinic and at a great location.
