Training with Dr. Henoch and his team is a must. He originally taught me powerlifting five years ago and training with him in powerlifting consistently for the past year and competing has been the best thing I could have done as an athlete. As a woman, his style of teaching is not intimidating and very approachable. He is efficient, accurate and effective from warm up to structuring training blocks to rest.
