Excellent physio services designed by and for strength sports. Can't recommend highly enough after being let down by upwards of 5 different providers in the past.
My husband, an avid runner, spent months nursing a recurring injury to his knee and calf. It made me so sad to see him struggling. I know how much he likes to run. Clinical Athlete and Dr. Quinn provided what might be the best medical/healthcare interaction I have experienced. Quinn's causal but knowledgeable approach gave me the confidence that I am not actually broken, I just need to make adjustments in my approach. He gave me all the tools that I needed to reach the goals I've set for myself. If I ever find myself in a position where I need PT care, I will not go anywhere else.
Quinn worked with me after a shoulder dislocation and tear to get back to lifting without surgery. This work requires patience and diligence with the homework but it is so worth it. Paying out of pocket is nothing when you receive the best possible care from someone who can relate to you (vs a typical insurance visit where the clinician is in a rush or passes you off to an aide). 5 *’s!
Dr. Quinn Henoch is the best DPT I have ever worked with. He is not your typical physical therapist who prescribes the same ridiculous exercises for everyone. His rehab WORKS. As an athlete, I appreciate that he understands the training I go through, and can prescribe exercises that are easily adaptable into my regular strength training regimen. If you're looking for a better answer than "take a few weeks off", go see Dr. Quinn! You will NOT be disappointed.
