When I called to inquire about setting up a new patient appointment I was very rudely told they dont "do" ADHD treatment. Which is a flat out lie as it is highlighted on the doctors page as one of their specialities. Very cold, rude staff.
This facility is beyond shady at best. When I tried to make an appt. as a new patient I got a real run around. A certain woman who was beyond rude was not even close to being professional. Avoid this place..find a real psychiatric facility!
I called to start as a new patient. They told me that the UPMC website was down today (which it was not, I checked) and told me they would call me back tomorrow. They called the next day and told me that they do not have time to take any new patients. VERY SHADY!! Avoid!
