No wait. Clinicians were great with my 2yo
Overall, my visit went smoothly with no major issues. The wait time was a little long due to a staff meeting, but it wasn’t too bad. The male tech who assisted me did a great job — professional, gentle, and efficient. The only thing I’d note is the ambiance. The space could be a bit cleaner and more welcoming, which would really elevate the overall experience. Still, solid service and good care today.
Jacob was the personnel that helped me today for my bloodwork. He is professional and very informative. Mahalo Jacob!
Staff was not friendly or welcoming from the lady at the front desk to the nurse that called me to the back. There was one man with his sick son(looked about 5-6 years old) in front of me and it just seemed like the lady was annoyed for having to help him. The place was empty. Then it was my turn (I’m 9 months pregnant) and I was just there to take a covid test “Hi, I have an appointment for a covid test.” Her “Grab a number over there and press the button.” That was it.
