Here’s a review based on your experience: **Frustrating Lack of Communication** I’ve been trying to contact Clinical Laboratories of Hawaii regarding a billing issue, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve emailed multiple times and called on several occasions, but I haven’t received any response from either. Staff was not friendly or welcoming from the lady at the front desk to the nurse that called me to the back. There was one man with his sick son(looked about 5-6 years old) in front of me and it just seemed like the lady was annoyed for having to help him. The place was empty. Then it was my turn (I’m 9 months pregnant) and I was just there to take a covid test “Hi, I have an appointment for a covid test.” Her “Grab a number over there and press the button.” That was it. DO. NOT.GO.HERE! Speaking over and blaming patient for your inadequate training is inexcusable. Both ends of the needle should not be seen while the middle of the needle is inside the patient. The attitude and rude behavior was not only a danger to the patient, but a cause for concern of the overall medical practice of the facility. One staff member profusely appolagized while the other ignored the patient causing harm until the nurse had to be removed from the room by other supervisory staff. DO. NOT. GO. HERE
