I have no words to explain how dissatisfy we are with the service of this center the Miami, Hialeah Offices they don't return phone calls and don't care about the elderly. ** PLEASE DONT USE THEM I RATE THIS CLINET A MINUS 10 THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I previously wrote a review to which I like to add that my complain is only about the people on the front desks or whom ever is responsible for addressing calls. I called asking for a medication. I waisted 3 days waiting for someone to call me back. Ended up going to an Urgent care on the 5th days which was the last day to start the treatment. The ladies who do procedures are very nice and professional, Dr. Alfonso has very good suggestions, she just never reachable.

Totally unreliable. Can’t get personnel on the phone and they don’t return calls.

Se pierde los análisis de los viejitos y se los repiten hasta tres y cuatro veces, cambian de medico constantemente y vuelven y vuelven a enviar lo mismo a los pacientes 10 veces, y le mandan a hacer pruebas y mas pruebas cada vez que cambian el medico, que clase de relajo, que falta de respeto al adultos mayor, sabiendo que muchos ni protestan, les sugiero a los familiares que esten al tanto de todo lo que le mandan a sus padres o abuelos.
