This review is solely for the transportation department in the lack of regard to patient needs and wellbeing, professionalism, and structure. My mother has missed multiple appointments as a result of poor communication and training. They make errors on their end only to tell you, "I am sorry but these are the rules" when they have the power and means to rectify it.
