HORRIFIC experience !! Horrible job done blowing ALL the gunk in HVAC into our unit. DID NOT cover or prep the area to contain the dirt coming out of the duct. Pressure blow everything out into our spaces all over our laundry, washroom, living room bedroom!! Worst part? Craig the owner was gaslighting us saying we are exaggerating after we complained as per instructed by our building management. We have health conditions. Hence why we wanted our duct to be cleaned! If I could give a negative stat I whole. Craig jobber is rude and zero sense for customer service. I emailed to ask to change my hvac filters and help with a leaking vent and 3 weeks later is unable to send someone after he says during multiple attempt he’ll send someone and then demands I provide the filter dimensions for the ones his company previously installed. I would NOT recommend his business
Our condo MGMT hired this company. We won’t have our dryer or HVAC ducts cleaned again as it was no different than what we do on our own. The team was friendly!
These guys were contracted by my condo building four days ago to perform annual cleaning for my fan coil unit and immediately after that, it stopped working properly. I called Greg but we were cut off mid-conversation (possibly poor reception), and no one answered after I called back right after. I left a message and not a response from them so far. Edit: Greg called back a few hours after I posted this and said he will look into it next week. I guess the service is better than my first impressions.
