I just going to say it like it is.. These people are only a referal service and do nothing but slow down the process of getting real health advice and care. For instance i was just released from the er with a referal to see a dr to treat my kidney stones but I have to get a referal from these hack people to see said dr. these people have no business doing any medical work except taking blood. This is an absolute waste of taxpayer money and as far as I'm concerned bordering on malpractice..

Front desk staff totally disrespectful, while a patient was waiting for 2:45 minutes w/out see a dentist, waiting with no hope, instead “front desk agent said, if you can’t wait you can go to another place or come another day”; staff are in other business but showing manners and soft skills. This people need to be trained to be efficient to the patients and Clinica Sierra Vista.

Would give less than a star if permitted, I love how the doctor threatens to stop giving me SNRI (serotonin norepinephrine inhibitor) if I dont quit drinking, not at excess, which is legal seeing how I am of legal age. Anyone who's ever been on a medication like this knows if you quit all the sudden it messes you up bad. Also pharmacy is back ordered on my medicine has sent request to switch from capsules to tablets 2 times in 4 days I've called and yet the doctor still hasnt gotten around to yay or nahing.... sick of havin... read more
