I have had nothing but problems from records being provided by office they refills on acyclivor. . Could never see a doctor only nurses. left this place

Waited for 2 and a half hours to be verbally abused by nurse practitioner Kanavalov. Not even a doctor and she thinks she can talk crazy to patients who are in pain made worse from sitting in those chairs for hours after their appointment time. Asked me "you seem upset. Are you sure you want to continue with this appointment?" Yes B, I am upset and I have every right to be frustrated. For all that time wasted, I did not even recieve care. I always enjoy, since I have to go to the doctor, this office has folks are very friendly and very helpful. The doctors are very knowledgeable of and I have a great respect for them!
I was suggested this location because I could get an appointment here a bit quicker than 34th st. As a result, I met my primary, Dr. Elisa Gonzalez De Los Santos. Amazing lady. Very kind. Made me feel a lot more comfortable. Took me seriously and made something tough for me a lot easier to deal with. Exceptional doctor. Above and beyond. Thank you Doctor.
