Nothing has gone right for me since CLE took over this office. I've been a patient here for many, many, many years. It has become a nightmare since Anderson sold out. Prescriptions are not filled on time. It takes repeated calls to have them refilled, even when the office receives pharmacy auth requests DAYS in advance. It is DANGEROUS not to get people their medications on time! The office phone line is ALWAYS busy and calls go straight to voicemail 90% of the time.
