Forgot what the name of the person in charge of cleaning my teeth. But this dental office keeps rescheduling appointments and I have to wait additional 6 more months again. This isn’t the second or third time that happen. Call me a last minute after waiting 6 months again before my appointment saying that couldn’t accept my old insurance and now my new insurance isn’t accepting either anymore. Now they want me to pay out of pocket with their new changes
My experience with this dental office has been highly unsatisfactory. My appointment was cancelled at the last minute without adequate explanation or any proactive attempt to reschedule. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans. To make matters worse, I’ve had repeated difficulty reaching the office, as phone calls go unanswered, and attempts to follow up on my concerns have been completely ignored. This place is a scam . They made Me wait a more then 6 months for them to tell me we need to no something we already did to visit prior to that. All them Tortas working behind the desk are only concerned about lunch and snack time. They never put my data in the computer from the visit before they said I came in for an emergency visit. Now if it was an emergency I would have got the issue handled the same day not get rescheduled 7-8 months out.
