FANTASTIC!!! James called and arrived an hour before scheduled. Immediately he developed my trust, honesty, and knowledge of the air conditioner unit as well as the heating unit. He explained each phase of his inspection, the problems, and what should be done. I was surprised in the length of time he spent checking both a/c and heating units. Very thorough. Very personable and definitely very outstanding customer relations person. He is a "keeper" for Climatech Air.
My family wants to thank ClimaTech Air for the outstanding, very professional service you provide. You answered questions I had before spending the time and money if I couldnt afford it. I thought I needed a whole new furnace and your honest technician got me by for hopefully another year without costing me an arm and leg. Thank you again and we will definitely use your service yearly.
