Climatec, a Bosch company, is a highly unprofessional deceptive company. It took them over 2 year to complete the installation of our fire detection system. There were repeated delays and excuses. The company changed ownership during the process which did not help their service. Since completion of the system they have charged us for everything that occurs with the equipment they installed.
