This is by far the worst company ever! They steal from hard working citizens. I bought a brand new unit from them for my tenant all in one and they had to be called multiple times because they way the installed it was horrible. The tech forgot to connect the drainage from the unit to the outside a few summers ago and there was flooding in my tenants apt and basement, I called to get them to take responsibility and they never contacted me back. Jake from Climate Design has been assisting us with our mini-splits and his crew recently installed a new Mitsubishi 3-head system. Both Jake and the crew were very responsive and explained everything that they were doing. The installation occurred during the heat wave at the end of June. Just had our AC units checked by a crew from Climate Design. Nice guys. Steve just got promoted to Service Manager (hope I got the title right). Steve has been out to our place several times. I called and spoke with Jake about a big issue at my Air BnB. I told him I had guests and it was important to get AC back and running asap. He had someone at my house within an hour and got my issue fixed. I have now used them a few times and the service is always above and beyond. Thanks Jake!
