We bought a new Naven system a few years ago and have been on their maintenance contract ever since . I have had to make a few maintenance calls and have found the team at Climate Design Systems to be very responsive, professional and fast acting.They offer the best service my wife and I have had in the 47 years we have been in this house. They also do general plumbing besides heating and cooling systems. I highly recommend them.
I did appreciate prior services received however I’m not pleased with the customer service received today and changing appointments without notifying. Poor communication and bad attitude.
