Jake from Climate Design has been assisting us with our mini-splits and his crew recently installed a new Mitsubishi 3-head system. Both Jake and the crew were very responsive and explained everything that they were doing. The installation occurred during the heat wave at the end of June. I called and spoke with Jake about a big issue at my Air BnB. I told him I had guests and it was important to get AC back and running asap. He had someone at my house within an hour and got my issue fixed. I have now used them a few times and the service is always above and beyond. Thanks Jake!
