Incompetent. Do not hire. Came out twice for an HVAC startup. The first time the tech stated he didn't bring tools for a Mitsubishi. even though we made the appointment for a Mitsubishi startup. Second appointment consisted of tech and my husband troubleshooting with online manuals. They couldn't get it done. I hired someone else and it was started up in an hour, no issue.
