Very safe, clean and professional office atmosphere. Mask, temperature check and health check list all before sitting in the waiting room were reassuring steps for the patient and well appreciated. Thank you for (another) great visit.

As a patient with high anxiety about going to the dentist I could not be more pleased with everyone and everything regarding this practice. My procedure on Thursday was suppose to be “simple”, but the tooth deceided to be troublesome, Finally it came out and all was well. I was called later in the evening to see how I was doing and that meant the world to me! Thank you all!

My appointment at Chauvin Family Dentistry today was to remove an old crown and insert a temporary until the permanent is ready. I was nervous because the tooth had also had a root canal performed on it previously from a different dentist. Dr. Vu has a wonderful demeanor and does everything possible to put her patients at ease. The appointment went very well. Dr. Vu’s sincere genuine concern for her patients comes shining through. I wanted to add to my previously posted review that in addition to Dr. Vu who is an exceptional dentist, all of the employees are also wonderful. The minute you walk into the office you are greeted with a big smile by Aimee the receptionist. Aimee greets you by name, is always congenial, and carefully explains any questions you may have in regards to appointments and billing while also multi tasking, answering the phones. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist due to experiences in my younger years. Aimee and Sarah were beyond words supportive of this with me and helped guide me through wonderful first visit, they were welcoming, took time explaining everything to me and made me feel wonderful. I actually cannot wait to go back and meet with the dentist to get back on track with dental visits and management. Thank you is not enough to say!
