Very thorough examination and will spend time with you. Extremely satisfied.
Dr Hall is very good. It is his assitant and organization that has resulted in the low grade. I have left three messages in four days at the Rancho office for a prescription modification. My pharmacy had made two requests over the last 7 days. The office never called me. back. I decided to make another appt and they referred me to the direct line in. The person who helped me said she would take care of the issue but had no empathy for my lack of response. i will no longer use this practice.
He wouldn't stop wondering around, was bumping into stuff and if that wasn't enough to make me feel like he couldn't care less, he was in my opinion arrogant, condisending and impolite and of no help to me what so ever.
Meh .... no bedside manner whatsoever. Seemed clinical and disconnected as if I was just a number. He spent all of 10 minutes with me. I was not impressed nor is he memorable as an outstanding health care provider.
