We lived here for almost 3 years and it was a great experience. Management is responsive, maintenance is quick and respectful. We only moved out because we needed more space. Not a bad experience at all and a great first apartment.
My fiancé and I loved our experience, it was very hard to leave this place as it was so close and easy to get in and out of the city. You can get anywhere within 20 minutes, west or east of the city. We never had any major issues while living here either. Maintenance was always super responsive! Unfortunately we outgrew our space and also wanted to be able to get a pet. We would of stayed longer if we could!
Good management and location. Very quiet and if you were lucky like me, you could have a balcony that is over the river which was nice. The 2 only downfalls are the parking availability and the train but I got used to that quickly. I lived there from 2018-2020 but I drive past often and find myself missing living there sometimes.
We lived in this community for 6 years and we loved it. We only moved because we needed more space and decided to purchase. It's located in a quiet area, right off the corner of Route 65 and Camp Horn Road. Very easy commute to the Downtown, Ross Park, Cranberry and Robinson. We never had any issue with management and Austin was great to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and if there were any issues, maintenence responded quickly. This is the second apartment I’ve lived at and I really enjoy it here. It is in such a convenient location, the price is great for what you get and I love the view of the river from my patio. There have been a few minor issues here and there as the building is older but management is always very quick to respond to each and every issue. They take nice care of the landscaping- it’s just very clear that they care and want to make this a great place to live.
