Dr. Baker is a rude and complacent Dr. I just got off the phone with his Triage Nurse, or that's who she said she was and I was calling in regard to a letter I needed regarding my back for VA. I was ridiculed and belittled by his staff (triage nurse). They said that I have only been with them for 2 months so they wouldn't give me a letter even after giving me a crappy letter that made no sense. I'm impressed with Dr. Baker and his staff. The staff is kind and caring. Dr. Baker is knowledgeable and professional. I feel confident in his care.
Very professional. I'm extremely happy with Dr Baker and Novaspine. I would recommend anyone I can to them. They really do there job well and genuinely care about there patients.
I just love Dr. Baker, he is compassionate and is truly concerned about his patients! His office staff and Nurses are exceptional......I don't care for my PCP's office staff, they seem to drop the ball a lot, but I have never had a problem with Dr. Baker's office, they are all just as concerned for their patients!
Efficient and straight to the point, yet compassionate. I appreciated his thoroughness. I've only seen him one time and am anxious to return for his recommended procedures.
I have been going to Nova Spine for chronic back pain for 5 years. Before that, I saw several pain management doctors in Tucson, AZ for 10 years. Dr. Baker is by far the most kind and caring physician I have seen. He listens and is compassionate but also honest as to the prognosis and treatment options available to me. Although I still have chronic pain and always will, Dr. Baker and his staff are there to help me through it and provide the best treatment possible.
I returned today to Dr. Baker. I was having really bad back pain. The office spoke to him in between his procedures. They told me to come in an see his Nurse Practitioner (Allylisa) She gave me trigger point injections. to be exact. Today after a good nights sleep my pain is gone. Dr. Baker has assembled a amazing caring staff. His office manger April will take calls day and night and on weekends. It is comforting to have a medical practice that cares about there patients.
I would definitely recommend recommend Dr. Baker. He is knowledgeable and concerned about his patients. I have been a patient of his for many years and he has helped me deal with my pain.
Has done a helluva job managing my back pain, which has enabled me to lead a full, productive and active lifestyle.
