I find Dr Baker and staff to be excellent professionals. I have been very happy with the care, treatment plan and procedures received at the clinic. I am a retired RN and am very critical of medical care. Nova Spine is excellent.

My first visit to Dr Bakers office was with Natalie, a new PA . She very bluntly told me there was no cure for cervical stenosis and my Pain level on a scale of 1-10 would never be below a five. It was extremely discouraging news. I had a epidural done by Dr Baker and my follow up visit with Natalie was worse. I said I didn’t appreciate her being so blunt and that the epidural did not work. I have been a patient of Dr Baker’s for about three years. I have chronic pain from the base of my skull to my tail bone and have had multiple procedures. The office is efficient, the staff courteous and caring, and I can’t say enough about the EMTs, Anesthetists and MAs. Dr Baker and his PA, Shauna, are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Baker is devoted to his patients and their care. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for chronic pain management.

Went very well. No complaints! Did leave message next day with office of Dr. Baker indicating no pain and felt fine. Yes, have recommended friends to Dr. Baker.

He is very concern about were your pain is giving you most discomfort and take care to help you. Have always got relief . So appreciate how he wants to help you with you pain

I was referred to Dr. Baker after a troublesome MRI. At my first visit, he asked lots of questions and said he thought I needed surgery. He explained everything clearly and showed me on the MRI where my back needed repair. I was petrified of back surgery. He wanted me to be comfortable with my care so tried other avenues for about a year until stubborn me realized I had to have the surgery. I’ve heard of script writers before but never had the misfortune to met one until now. In two years I’ve seen him twice. That’s it! All the other times are his PA. I advise you to steer clear. He never introduced himself or even looked at me and my husband. He typed then stood up without a glance or word and left the room.
