Used this company few times over the years, always pleased with the quality of their work. Scheduled a service to clean all the windows & sliding doors in my condo( All glass building)Today They arrived on time, were extremely professional, performed the job, efficient, and in good time. Everything was spotless & extremely clean. I highly recommend this company the response over the phone when I called to accommodate my request for day of service was professional
I also live in Ten Museum Park and am dissatisfied with the window cleaning. Please see photo of my window. They should return to clean the windows properly.
They deserve less than 0. They cleaned the windows for many of our units in our building, Ten Museum Park, in miami and this is the result. They have left our windows a complete mess. Don’t use this service. First Service is our management company. Not sure of their involvement but I will be looking into what they can do as well to see the role they played, if any, in hiring this company. What a disgrace.
