Great place love the family feel
Click it is a joke! They took complete advantage of my Sister. We are in the process of suing them through the court system due to the level of issues. The media is also being contacted as the community needs to be informed. Her unit was close to catching fire due to an unknowledgeable individual doing the wiring. They could have had a death on their hands. Not to mention taking advantage of a widowed woman. Well to give a review it had to be atleast a one star, dang, they dont deserve it. How nice of them to offer me 21,700 for my 2021 28ft Rockwood ultralite 5th wheel, while they asked almost 30k for a 2020 20ft pull behind. They said they were going retail for retail and the paper work of theirs says right on it reatail is 32,500 and low retail is 27,500 JD Power on all. This being said, good luck and remember if you make a deal and it doesnt work out, you heard it here first.
I bought a 2013, 35 foot wildcat Forrester. I purchased a three-year warranty two years ago. The furnace went out, $410 out of pocket , Leaks under my sink, I fixed that. the outside shower was leaking all the way under the RV $600 out of my pocket. The Black water tank Handle broke yesterday inside that opens & shuts it & now water is leaking somewhere around the black water tank. My floor is soaked by my bathroom. The email I received isuggested that I find somebody that worked with a warranty. I have no money to give anyb... read more
The service & parts departments are very good, they take care of the customer. The rest is very questionable !!
