Had a great customer service experience via email with Vina Sta Maria. The first unit we rented was not going to work for us so we had submitted a cancelation. Vina emailed and offered 2 other units that might meet our needs better. After looking at the other options we were able to secure a unit that works for what we needed.

She was knowledgeable, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I got the right unit for my needs. I like this storage facility. It’s easy to find and easy to navigate. I liked that there was a lock in my unit when I moved in. The move in process was I breeze.
